1. Pour desired amount in an applicator bottle for warming.
2. Shampoo Scalp.
3. Apply to scalp and hair.
4. Cover hair with a plastic cap for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Remove cap, let cool.
6. Shampoo
7. Rinse with warm water
8. Condition and rinse.
